1993- Franchesca, seven years old then, voted for Disney World, Bill, for a warm beach resort and me, I just wanted a break from the long winter we were having in Minnesota.
After all was settled, Franchesca couldn’t wait to embark on her spring break vacation at the Magical Kingdom. We all enjoyed the cruise, and the beauty of the Bahamas, so it was the idyllic package plan!
Tourism and finance sustain the small island country of Bahamas, where most of the food supply is imported. Bimini, the westernmost island of the Bahamas is about 80km east of Miami, and where we arrived at L. Pindling Airport.
