2010- Montenegro, small country on the Balkan Peninsula is believed it got its name after the dark dense forest that covered Mount Lovcen. In the year 2006 this precious country gained independence after being under foreign rule throughout history.
The medieval town of Kotor located at the foothill of the Lovcen Mountain on the Adriatic Sea, was the highlight of my trip. In this region I visited a mussels and oyster farm, enjoyed Sveti Stefan Beach, and heard stories about Kotor being founded before the time of Homer.
